We’re looking for a Parts Manager to lead our busy Parts Department at Lloyd Ltd Lancashire.
💻What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the day-to-day running of our busy Parts Department.
- Leading and mentoring our Parts team to help the department achieve its objectives.
- Delivering results to meet, and where possible exceed, agreed budgets and targets.
- Managing parts stock to ensure excellent availability for both external customers and our Service Department.
- Working closely with colleagues across the branch to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and suppliers.
✅We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience within a Parts or Aftersales department, ideally in a management role and within the agricultural industry.
- Is an effective leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Is IT literate and comfortable using internal systems.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.

📍Location: Based at Lloyd Ltd Lancashire
🕑Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
