We’re looking for a Service Manager to lead our team of Service Engineers and Service Office at Lloyd Ltd Bishop Auckland.

💼What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and motivating a team of Service Engineers across the agricultural, construction and groundcare/lawncare sectors, in a busy workshop environment.
- Driving productivity, efficiency and performance to support business growth.
- Overseeing day-to-day workshop and service office operations and planning workloads.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Interpreting financial and performance data.
- Ensuring high standards of health & safety, quality, and customer satisfaction at all times.
✅We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience working in a workshop or engineering environment within the agricultural, construction or groundcare/lawncare industry.
- Brings strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is commercially aware and confident managing performance and efficiencies.
- Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Is IT literate and comfortable using internal systems.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.

📍Location: Based at Lloyd Ltd Bishop Auckland, Holland House, St Helens Way, Bishop Auckland, County Durham, DL14 9AX.
🕑Hours: Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week, including weekend availability.
