Due to continued business growth, we’re looking for a Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts Department at Lloyd Ltd Newcastle.

💻What you’ll be doing:
- Being the first point of contact for our parts customers, in person and over the phone — always being professional, helpful, and efficient.
- Providing advice on parts and accessories, including pricing and stock availability.
- Supporting both our busy workshop, and trade and retail customers with their parts requirements.
- Handling all relevant parts paperwork and administration accurately and promptly.
- Checking all parts and accessories on arrival from suppliers to ensure they are received in good condition.
- Supporting the Parts Department in achieving its objectives and performance targets.
- Working closely with the team to keep things running smoothly — especially during peak times.

- Has experience in a similar role or strong customer service experience.
- Is a confident communicator with great organisational skills
- Can handle pressure and manage deadlines.
- Is IT literate and comfortable using internal systems.
- Operates as a team player

📍Location: Based at Lloyd Ltd Newcastle (Ponteland Road, Throckley, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear, NE15 9EP).
🕑Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
