Lloyd Ltd celebrates recognition as New Holland Combine Dealer of the Year for 2020
2020 was clearly a challenging year for everyone, so Lloyd Ltd is particularly delighted to have received recognition for the company’s continued focus on supporting its customers in the agricultural sector, winning New Holland Combine Dealer of the Year in the global manufacturer’s annual awards on 22nd April 2021. A virtual ceremony this year, these awards acknowledge the outstanding performance of those dealers in the New Holland network across the UK and Ireland who achieved the best results over the full range of the business in the previous twelve months.
George Lloyd, Managing Director for Lloyd Ltd, commented: “We are incredibly proud to have received this accolade from New Holland who are a significant part of our business operations as our main manufacturing partner. We have increased our focus on the New Holland combine range in the few years and it is now clearly delivering results both for us and for New Holland. Our customers are impressed by the quality and performance of the combine range, and our back-up support from our Sales, Service and Parts Departments is second to none. I am so pleased with the efforts of the team across the Lloyd Ltd branches to enable us to win this award – they should all be proud of this achievement for the business and for themselves.”
This was not the only recognition Lloyd Ltd received at this year’s ceremony, achieving runner-up positions in both the Hay & Forage sector and in the overall category of Large Dealer of the Year, crowning a successful 2020 for the company. Barry Lloyd, Lloyd Ltd’s Chairman, added, “In any year it would be an exceptional achievement to be placed in such hotly contested awards, but given the constantly changing world we have lived in over the past 12 months, these feel particularly special. We continue to invest in our premises, our staff and in the range of products we offer to ensure we can continue to deliver the best experience possible for our customers and ensure they get what they need to make their own businesses productive and profitable. 2021 has already started at an incredible pace so hopefully we will be putting ourselves in a great position for further awards at next year’s ceremony!”
