We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join Lloyd Ltd Carlisle, working both in our busy Parts Department and driving our lawncare sales business.
💻What you’ll be doing:
- Being the first point of contact for our parts customers, in person and over the phone — always being professional, helpful, and efficient.
- Promoting and selling lawncare machinery from our busy showroom.
- Providing advice on parts and accessories, including pricing and stock availability.
- Supporting both our busy workshop, and trade and retail customers with their parts or sales requirements.
- Handling all relevant paperwork and administration accurately and promptly.
✅We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a parts department or strong customer service experience.
- Is a confident communicator with great organisational skills.
- Is motivated and proactive.
- Can handle pressure and manage deadlines.
- Is IT literate and comfortable using internal systems.

📍Location: Based at Lloyd Ltd Carlisle (Kingstown Broadway, Kingstown Industrial Estate, Carlisle, Cumbria, CA3 0EF).
🕑Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis, with additional overtime available.
