We’re looking for a Valeter to join our busy and friendly team at Lloyd Ltd Dumfries.
🔵 What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and valeting machinery to the highest standards, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and ready for sale or service.
- Inspecting machinery for any signs of damage or deterioration and reporting issues where necessary.
- Ensuring all machinery leaving the yard is in excellent condition.
- Supporting both Sales and Service departments with machinery preparation.
- Carrying out general yard and depot duties as required.
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks across the branch to support daily operations.
✅ We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a similar valeting or machinery-based role.
- Has good communication skills.
- Is well organised and able to work to deadlines.
- Works well as part of a team and can use their own initiative.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.

📍 Location: Based at Lloyd Ltd Dumfries (Tinwald Downs Road, Heathhall, Dumfries, Dumfries & Galloway, DG1 3SJ).
🕑 Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with additional overtime available.
