An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Parts and Sales Advisor to join the successful team at Lloyd Ltd Newcastle in our busy Parts department.
Through on-the-job training from our experienced Parts Advisors, and an apprenticeship training course at an established college, you will receive all the knowledge needed to become a fully qualified Parts and Sales Advisor and a key member of our Parts Department.
💻 What you’ll be doing:
- Working alongside experienced Parts Advisors serving parts to both internal & external customers.
- Following our sales process to sell new and used lawncare to new & existing customers.
- Receiving, correctly identifying and warehousing incoming stock.
- Providing excellent customer service to our customers, whether it be in-person, over the phone or via email.
- Gaining hands-on experience in customer service and developing strong working relationships.
- Completing all relevant administration to support the department.
- Ensuring best practice housekeeping standards are maintained within the department.
✅ We’re looking for someone who:
- 4 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above, including Maths and English (essential).
- An interest in machinery and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eager to learn and develop new skills.
- Effective problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Good timekeeping.
- Positive attitude towards work.
