We’re looking for a Warranty Administrator to join our busy and friendly Warranty Department at Lloyd Ltd.
💻What you’ll be doing:
- Processing and managing warranty claims across a wide range of manufacturers, each with their own systems and procedures.
- Working closely with our Service Departments to ensure claims are accurate and compliant.
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies and company best practices.
- Supporting audits and helping to drive continuous process improvements.
✅We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a warranty role (desirable).
- Brings strong IT skills.
- Has excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Can prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure.
- Is highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Has mechanical or technical knowledge (desirable).

📍Location: Any Lloyd Ltd location, preferably Lloyd Ltd Newcastle, Lloyd Ltd Carlisle or Lloyd Ltd Bishop Auckland
🕑Hours: 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
