Due to business growth, we’re looking for a Trainee Parts Advisor to join our busy and friendly team at Lloyd Ltd Lothians.

💻What you’ll be doing:
- Serving parts to both internal & external customers.
- Receiving, correctly identifying and warehousing incoming stock.
- Providing excellent customer service to our customers, whether it be in-person, over the phone or via email.
- Gaining hands-on experience in customer service and developing strong working relationships.
- Completing all relevant administration to support the department.
- Ensuring best practice housekeeping standards are maintained within the department.

- Is enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to work as part of a team.
- Can manage time effectively and work safely under supervision.
- Is IT literate and comfortable learning internal systems.
- Communicates clearly and professionally.

📍Location: Based at Lloyd Ltd Lothians (34c Whitecraig Road, Whitecraig, Musselburgh, EH21 8NE)
🕑Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis, with additional overtime available.
