We’re looking for a Yard Assistant to join our busy and friendly team at Lloyd Ltd Newcastle,
🔵What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of the yard, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
- Valeting a range of machinery and equipment for our customers.
- Assisting with collections and deliveries of machinery.
- Supporting the workshop and parts departments with moving machinery and components as required.
- Assisting with stock control and general yard duties.
- Providing excellent customer service when interacting with customers on-site.
✅ We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a yard environment or with machinery.
- Works well as part of a team but can also use their own initiative.
- Is organised and able to manage a varied workload.
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.

📍 Location: Based at Lloyd Ltd Newcastle (Ponteland Road, Throckley, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear, NE15 9EP).
🕑 Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with additional overtime available.
